Martin Perez excellent before rain delay Thursday

Martin Perez faced the minimum through three innings in Thursday's 11-3 win over the Marlins, allowing no hits and a walk while striking out three.
Fantasy Impact:
Prior to a rain delay in Atlanta on Thursday night, Perez had picked up right where he left off in last Saturday's brilliant outing. The veteran lefty could not be more comfortable on the mound right now, as he's given up just one hit and three walks across 10 scoreless innings between his last two starts. Perez has his ERA down to an excellent 3.14 to go with a 1.15 WHIP and 78 strikeouts through 100 1/3 on the year.
