Jered Weaver gives up eight runs in loss

Jered Weaver went four innings and gave up eight earned runs in a 12-10 loss to the Cardinals on Thursday night. Weaver struck out five and allowed nine hits with three of them being home runs. He is now 3-2 on the season with an awful 6.10 ERA.
Fantasy Impact:
Weaver almost was off the hook for the loss with a Angels rally in the ninth but fell short. Weaver has given up at least four earned runs in four of his last six starts. He is not worth the risk and shouldn't be touched in any fantasy formats.
