Matt Shoemaker earns second win of the season

Matt Shoemaker allowed three earned runs in five innings of work on Monday in a 7-6 victory over the Dodgers. Shoemaker struck out five while allowing six hits and two walks. His ERA was lowered to 8.49 for the season and now has a 2-5 record.
Fantasy Impact:
Shoemaker pitched well enough to get the win but was fortunate enough to get seven runs from the Angels. Shoemaker owns a 22:13 K:BB in 29.2 innings with an 8.49 ERA, as he can't seem to regain his form from his stellar 2014 season. At the moment, he is better off on the free agent market in all fantasy formats.
