The White Sox have designated Jimmy Rollins for assignment. The White Sox in turn called up shortstop Tim Anderson from Triple-A Charlotte to take Rollins place. (Chicago Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
Rollins had already seen his at-bats drop drastically. He was moved down in the order and was sharing time with Tyler Saladino. Tim Anderson is a guy to keep an eye on. He was a 2013 first-round pick and the White Sox' top prospect.
