Oakland A's pitcher Adam Oller had a rough outing Thursday afternoon versus the Baltimore Orioles.
Oller has made two relief appearances this season but was called on to start Thursday's contest and it was not pretty. The right-hander surrendered seven earned runs on eight hits and a walk across 2 1/3 innings while striking out just two of the 17 batters he faced. Oller also struggled in the 2022 season as he posted a 6.30 ERA across 19 appearances (14 starts) with the A's a season ago. It's unclear whether Oller will make another turn through the A's rotation.
Adam Oller pitched on inning on Saturday, striking out two, walking two, and giving up three hits for three earned runs as he took the loss for the A's in their 5-1 game against the Mariners.
Oller took his eighth loss of the season Saturday night, which pushed his record to a horrendous 2-8 on the year. The Athletics' pitcher has pitched to the tune of an 6.30 ERA with a WHIP of 1.63, both numbers which don't even come close to ranking near the bottom part of the MLB. The 27-year-old pitched his last game of the season and he should remain on the waivers regardless.
Adam Oller pitched five innings on Saturday, striking out four, walking three, and giving up eight hits for six earned runs as he earned the loss for the A's in a 8-1 game against the Orioles.
Oller has been rather brutal on the mound this season, and he was again Saturday as he saw his record worsen to 2-7 with the loss. The Athletics' pitcher has pitched to the tune of a horrendous 6.01 ERA with a WHIP that sits at 1.57. The 27-year-old should remain far from fantasy rosters no matter their league type, which includes for his next start which will come against the White Sox on September 10th.
Adam Oller pitched eight innings on Saturday night, striking out three, walking one, and giving up one hit for zero earned runs as he took the no-decision in the A's extra innings 3-2 win over the Yankees.
Oller has not been great this season on the mound but he flashed some of his better stuff on Saturday having limited the Yankees high potent offense to just one hit, and having thrown 65 of his 88 pitches for strikes. The 27-year-old should not be rostered in fantasy at the moment as his ERA sits at 5.66 with a WHIP of 1.52, which includes the fact he should not be streamed in his next start which comes against the Orioles on September 2nd.
Adam Oller pitched six innings on Monday, striking out two, walking five, and giving up five hits for three earned runs as he took the loss for the Athletics in a 3-0 game against the Marlins.
Oller should be avoided in fantasy as he pitched to the tune of an 6.41 ERA with a WHIP of 1.69. The 27-year-old has a 2-6 record and just 37 strikeouts over 60 1/3 innings pitched, his next start comes against the Yankees on August 27th.
