Nationals starter Austin Voth allowed four earned runs on nine hits and no walks while striking out four over five innings in Sunday's win over the New York Mets.
Voth wasn't particularly sharp in this one but received a ton of run support from the Washington offense. He finishes the year with a 6.34 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts over 49 2/3 innings.
Nationals starter Austin Voth allowed one earned run on four hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings in a no-decision against the Rays on Wednesday.
Voth has been having a season to forget but pitched well against the Rays on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it only dropped his ERA to 7.17 on the year. Through nine starts, he is 0-5, and he will look to finally get into the win column against the Phillies at home in his next start.
Nationals starter Austin Voth allowed three earned runs on two hits and two walks while striking out four over 4 1/3 innings in a no-decision against the Braves on Thursday.
While Voth allowing three runs over fewer than five innings on Thursday wasn't great, it was the first time he allowed fewer than five earned runs in a start second the second week of August. His ERA actually dropped to 7.99 on Thursday, but he is not someone fantasy owners should rely on for the final two weeks.
Nationals starter Austin Voth allowed five earned runs on seven hits and two walks over 4 2/3 innings in Friday's loss to the Atlanta Braves.
The wheels have been coming off for Voth this season, and he is now 0-5 with an 8.26 ERA through seven starts. He has allowed at least five earned runs in four straight starts and should be avoided in all formats until he shows any signs of figuring things out on the mound.
Nationals pitcher Austin Voth allowed five earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out three over two innings in Sunday's loss to the Red Sox. The loss drops him to 0-4 on the season.
Voth now has a 7.99 ERA and has allowed 16 earned runs over his last three starts. Given his struggles, it would not be surprising to see the Nationals go in a different direction with their rotation and move Voth to either the bullpen or the alternate site.
