Brandan Bidois has been optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis by the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Fantasy Impact
Bidois pitched in three spring training games and tossed 2.2 hitless and scoreless innings with a walk and three strikeouts. The Australian rocketed through the Pirates' organization last season, pitching A, High-A, Double-A, and Triple-A in 2025. Combined, he went 8-0 with a 0.74 ERA, allowing just 22 hits in 61 innings while striking out 69 batters. He'll open the year with some more work in Indianapolis but, with numbers like he put up a season ago, it may not be long before he makes his major league debut in Pittsburgh.
