Acquired via trade from the Padres last July, Lockridge had an excellent spring, going 12-for-38 (.316) with four homers and a pair of doubles across 46 trips to the plate. The 29-year-old has hit .226 with one homer, 12 stolen bases, and a .676 OPS across 160 plate appearances in his big league career.
Lockridge (shoulder) sustained a rotator cuff contusion on Feb. 26 when he dove back into a base. Imaging showed no structural damage to the shoulder.
