Condon, the Rockies’ No. 2 overall prospect, figures to have a strong chance to compete for the starting first base role after slashing .286/.376/.444 with 14 home runs across 433 plate appearances in his first minor league season. He also participated in the Arizona Fall League, where he slashed .337/.439/.434 with one home run across 98 plate appearances.
