Chase Petty takes no-decision in second half of twin bill Saturday

Reds right-hander Chase Petty allowed four earned runs across five innings in a no-decision in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact

Promoted to start the second half of Saturday's twin bill, Petty scattered six hits, including a homer, while walking one and striking out one. He did just enough to keep his team in the ball game as the offense finally woke up in the second half of this one in an eventual 7-6 win in 10 innings. The 23-year-old owns a 5.91 ERA in two starts for the Reds this season to go along with his 6.32 ERA across eight starts with Triple-A Louisville.
