Originally a starter in the Braves' organization, Dodd was used solely as a reliever for the first time last season and pitched to a 3.60 ERA with a 0.94 WHIP in 35 innings with Atlanta. Dodd threw 33 pitches on Sunday, so Munoz was recalled to replace him as a reinforcement to the bullpen. Dodd should be back up soon.
