Edgleen Perez dealt to Pirates
The Yankees have traded catching prospect Edgleen Perez to the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact
Perez was one of three prospects the Yankees packaged for reliever David Bednar on Thursday. The 19-year-old has hit .209 with five stolen bases and a .704 OPS in 83 games at High-A, although his 17.9% BB% stands out for a young player.
