The Tigers have re-signed right-hander Jack Little to a minor-league deal.

The Detroit Tigers claimed right-hander Jack Little off waivers from the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday. Little had previously been claimed by the Pirates from the Dodgers in August but never made an appearance for Pittsburgh.
