Alejo Lopez went three-for-three with a walk, a home run, three runs scored, and three RBI in the Reds' loss to the Brewers Sunday.
The Brewers couldn't get Lopez out on Sunday as he was the majority of the Reds' offense. The 26-year-old has played well when given the opportunity this season, particularly since his recall on August 8th. He's batting an impressive .460 with a homer, eight runs, and seven RBIs in that period. The only problem is he's only had 37 at-bats. If Lopez begins to get more playing time, he could pique some fantasy interest, but right now, it would be hard to find a place for him on your roster.
Alejo Lopez went three-for-three and scored a run in the Reds' 5-1 victory over the Cardinals Tuesday.
Lopez was recalled from the minors a few weeks ago but hasn't tallied many at-bats. He's hit well when given the chance, though, batting .478 since his recall. Perhaps this will earn him more playing time, but until it does, he's not very useful for fantasy.
Alejo Lopez went 4-for-5 with two runs scored Thursday against the Padres.
Lopez got the start at third base and made the most of it with four base hits. The recent callup is not a top prospect within the Reds' system, and will likely fill in at infield spots when starters take a day off.
