Rojas will make the jump from Double-A to the majors after putting up terrific numbers in the minors this season. The 22-year-old prospect is slashing .306/.361/.484 with nine home runs, 45 RBI, and 30 stolen bases in 76 games. The Phillies will rely on his speed and defensive abilities and hope the bat translates to a solid offensive player in the majors.
