Jorge Burgos has signed a minor league deal with the Toronto Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact
Burgos, just 23 years old, joined the Guardians' organization in 2019 as a 16-year-old and batted .276 in the Dominican Summer League that year. The outfielder has not gotten past Double-A in his six minor league seasons, batting .250 with 157 extra-base hits and 279 RBI in more than 2,000 plate appearances. Last season, Burgos hit 14 home runs and drove in a career-high 73 runs with Double-A Akron.
