Los Angeles Angels pitcher Kenny Rosenberg went six innings while allowing three earned runs on seven hits but ended up in the loss column Monday versus the Orioles.
The left-hander was decent in his second career MLB start but a general lack of run support did him in. Rosenberg now sports a 4.94 ERA in 23 2/3 innings in his brief big-league career.
Kenny Rosenberg did not factor into the decision after allowing two hits and three walks while striking out one in 4 2/3 scoreless innings of Sunday's 4-0 win over the Mariners.
Rosenberg turned in a very solid outing after being recalled to the big league club on Sunday. In his three starts with the team, the lefty has a 4.22 ERA to go along with a WHIP of 1.41 in 10 2/3 innings pitched. The 26-year-old has yet to stay with the Angels for more than one start at a time, so we'll see if he gets optioned back down to Triple-A in the following days.
