The Red Sox outrighted Luis Guerrero to Triple-A Worcester on Thursday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports. Guerrero had been designated for assignment last week but will remain with the organization after clearing waivers. The hard-throwing right-hander owns a 2.63 ERA with a 19:16 K:BB over 27.1 innings across parts of two major-league seasons.
