Hall has pitched in four games for the Red Sox this season and has a 18.69 ERA and 3.12 WHIP over 8 2/3 innings. The 27-year-old lefty may get another opportunity to start but should be left on the waiver wire.

Hall was a long shot to make the rotation and has not done much to hold onto a spot. The 27-year-old lefty had a 9.48 ERA in 31 1/3 innings as a reliever for the Tigers over the last two years. Hall can be left on the waiver wire.
