Fantasy Impact
Busch had four hits in his first two games of the season but, since then, has gone 2-for-40 to see his average drop to .125 (6-for-48) through 13 games. He had breakout season in 2025 when he hit .261 with 34 home runs and 90 RBI. This year, however, Busch has no homers and just two runs batted in. Cubs manager Craig Counsell has batted Busch no lower than fifth in the lineup (he batted second again on Friday), but he may need to think about dropping him in the order in an effort to get his bat going.
