Rays Manager Kevin Cash said that Michael Perez won't play again this season. He tried to test his hamstring in the instructional league but is having issues running to first base.
Perez was placed on the DL on August 31 with a left hamstring strain. Cash was impressed with Perez and is looking forward to him playing in the spring.
