The Cleveland Guardians signed Michael Turconi to a minor league contract on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Turconi was released by the Toronto Blue Jays on May 6 after posting a .130/.250/.174 slash line over 28 plate appearances with Triple-A Buffalo this season. He’ll now get a fresh opportunity with the Guardians and is set to report to Double-A Akron.
