Martini was hitting .332/.435/.460 with five homers in 60 games at Triple-A Las Vegas before being called up on July 31st. He does't get enough at-bats to be relevant in mixed-leagues, but could be useful in AL-Only formats.
Oakland Athletics manager Bob Melvin said it'll most likely take an entire month for Nick Martini to recover from the time the injury happened.
Martini should be able to suit up in early April for Oakland. He had a great rookie year for the club as he slashed .296/.397/.414 through 55 games played, he's worth picking late in drafts.
