A Rule 5 pick originally selected by the White Sox in the second round of the 2022 draft, Pallette posted a 4.36 ERA across 43.1 Triple-A innings in 2025. He carried that into a strong spring, throwing six scoreless innings with an 11:3 K:BB.

Pallette dealt with right shoulder fatigue following a pair of bullpen sessions but is now working through the live batting practice portion of his progression. He could be cleared for game action in early March. Pallette spent time at Double-A and Triple-A last season, posting a 4.06 ERA and 1.12 WHIP with 86 strikeouts across 64.1 innings out of the bullpen.
