Ohl will miss the entire 2026 season and likely a good chunk of the 2027 season, as well. The 26-year-old made his big league debut in 2025, producing a 5.10 ERA in 30 innings for the Twins before being acquired via trade by the Rockies in January.

Ohl came over from the Twins' organization during the offseason and was expected to be in the mix for a middle relief spot in Colorado this season. The righthander made his major league debut last season and pitched to a 5.10 ERA in 14 appearances with the Twins. He had a 27:7 K:BB ratio in 30 innings and posted a 2.45 ERA in 11 outings as a reliever. Ohl will hope to be ready for Opening Day in 2027.
