Fantasy Impact
Lambert has reportedly displayed elite velocity in Mets camp this spring, perhaps evidenced by his three scoreless innings of work in Grapefruit League action. The 23-year-old posted an eye-popping 1.62 ERA with 81 strikeouts across 50 innings between High-A and Double-A in the 2025 season, and it shouldn't be a surprise to see him get a look in the Mets' bullpen at some point this season.
Lambert compiled a 1.62 ERA and 1.16 WHIP with 81 strikeouts and 17 walks across 50 innings between High-A Brooklyn and Double-A Binghamton in 2025. His professional experience has not extended beyond the Double-A level.
Fantasy Impact
Camp work has featured a four-seam fastball reaching triple digits in velocity with induced vertical break averaging 19 to 20 inches. Only two major-league pitchers surpassed both 97 mph and 19 inches of carry with their four-seamers in 2025: Milwaukee closer Trevor Megill, who posted a 2.49 ERA and 31.3 percent strikeout rate, and San Diego setup man Jeremiah Estrada, who delivered a 3.45 ERA and 35.5 percent strikeout rate.
