The Padres acquired LHP Tim Hill from the Royals in exchange for OF Franchy Cordero.
Fantasy Impact
San Diego also parted with RHP Ronald Bolanos. Hill will help boost an already impressive Padres bullpen. The lefty put up a 3.63 ERA and a 1.11 WHIP in 46 appearances last season.
