Zach Bryant has signed a minor league deal with the Texas Rangers.
Fantasy Impact
Bryant spent the last five seasons in the Red Sox organization after starting his professional career in the Cubs' system. The righthander pitched 48.1 innings for Double-A Portland last season and posted a 6.14 ERA but did strike out 50 batters. He has a career ERA of 4.91 over 185 minor league innings and will likely open the campaign with Double-A Frisco.
