Andres Gimenez is headed to the Cleveland Indians, per Jeff Passan of ESPN. Along with Gimenez, the Cleveland Indians will receive RHP Josh Wolf, OF Isaiah Greene, and SS Amed Rosario. The New York Mets will receive SS Fransisco Lindor and RHP Carlos Carrasco.
