SP - MIN
Expert NoteView More Notes
The Twins' sophomore struggled with an 8.02 ERA in his 58 inning debut, but we saw flashes of brilliance, which were proved over and over in the minors. He is still far from polished, but could breakout any time so keep an eye on him.

Jose Berrios walks five in disastrous start
Jose Berrios had no control on Thursday, walking five Tigers batters and allowing six runs (five earned) over five innings. Berrios allowed six hits and struck out only three.
Somehow, Berrios' ERA dropped to 9.24 in the game. He's allowed at least four earned runs in his last four starts, spanning just 16 innings. Berrios is an extremely talented pitcher but is yet to put it all together at the MLB level. He'll likely get a shot at the Twins rotation in the Spring, but as of right now, should not be carried on non-keeper fantasy rosters.
