3B,LF - CLE
Expert NoteView More Notes
Ramirez ranked 54th last season in standard 5x5 leagues as he posted an impressive line of 84/11/76/22/.312. Although he could regress a bit in the AVG department he could easily duplicate that same batting line. Yet somehow his ADP has fallen all the way to 162nd. Don't let him fall that far and be willing to draft him in the 90-100 range if you want to land the versatile Ramirez. With Kipnis out he will likely add 2B to his 3B and OF eligibility.

Jose Ramirez gets on-base four times vs. Reds
3B/OF Jose Ramirez went 3-for-3 with two runs and a walk as the Indians beat the Reds 9-6 in their final Cactus League game.
The 24-year-old looks in excellent form for the start of the season, hitting .314 AVG with .357 OBP. With Jason Kipnis starting the year on the DL, the likelihood is that Ramirez will shift over to second base. That extra position eligibility adds even further fantasy value to one of the biggest breakouts of 2016. Last season, Ramirez hit .312 with 11 home runs, 74 runs, 66 RBIs, and 22 stolen bases.
