Expert NoteView More Notes
Zunino was once considered a top 10 prospect thanks to starting his minor league career with a 1.137 OPS. He really disappointed in his first three MLB seasons, but came surging back late last season with 12 homers in just 55 games after posting an .898 OPS in Triple-A. If you stretch that out to a full season, he is going to lead all catchers in homers.

Mike Zunino hits fifth homer
Mike Zunino contributed two of the Mariners four hits on Wednesday and one of those was a solo home run. Overall he went 2-for-4 with the home run.
Zunino has hit five home runs in 35 at-bats and is sporting a .286 average. He looks much more comfortable at the plate compared to last season and his improved eye is working wonders for his production. He is a solid catcher to own in fantasy for the rest of the season.
