Veteran reliever Reed Garrett has been placed on the 60-day injured list by the New York Mets. The move frees up a spot for newly-acquired Bryan Hudson on the 40-man roster.
Fantasy Impact
Garrett has put together back-to-back solid seasons in the Mets' bullpen, pitching to a 3.83 ERA with 147 strikeouts in 112.2 innings. The veteran righthander, who had UCL reconstruction surgery in October, is expected to miss the entire 2026 season.
