| What do you do with a 22-year-old star on a mediocre team whose numbers might suffer with the return of an All-Star center? Talent is not the question for Edwards nor is his future after signing a five-year extension in July. The G/F played in 79 games, averaging 24.6 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in 36 minutes. Edwards struggled with turnovers and his true shooting percentage is a middling 56.4. However, he poured in a 30% usage rate and 41.9 FPPG along with providing some solid steal/block numbers. If he and Karl-Anthony Towns can figure out how to gel together, it could end up being a boost all around; however, KAT benefits more from Edwards than vice versa, so until that happens, it's better to drop Edwards to late-first or early-second round in drafts. He set personal career-highs in shooting percentage (48.4) to go along with 28.3 points, 4.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 68 games for the Cavs. The 27-year-old should provide steady counting stats for fantasy managers, and with a solid surrounding cast, the upside is also there.
