Tim Quarterman has been traded to the Rockets

Portland has sent Tim Quarterman to the Rockets in exchange for cash considerations. It's the third deal the Rockets have made for cash in order to secure this Chris Paul deal. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
