Gerald Henderson has been waived by the 76ers on Friday. Henderson needed to be waived by today or his $9 million salary would've become guaranteed. Henderson could re-sign with the team after clearing waivers. (David Aldridge on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Henderson played 72 games this past season and averaged only 9.6 points per game while playing with a crowded backcourt. Ben Simmons returning and Markelle Fultz being drafted made him expendable.
