Jordan Crawford will be waived by the Pelicans after the team signed Jameer Nelson, who was just waived by the Nuggets after losing his starting job to Jamal Murray. Crawford hopes to stay in the NBA after returning from overseas play last season to play for the Pelicans. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Crawford could sign on with a team like the Nets who are in desperate need of a solid guard with Jeremy Lin out for the season. Nelson isn't an appealing add, rather, its a boost for Jrue Holiday until Rajon Rondo returns.
