Kawhi Leonard will decline is player option for the 2019-2020 NBA season and become a free agent. This is no surprise as the option was set to pay Leonard $21.3 million, well below his value. The Raptors still however remain the favorites to sign Leonard because of the trust that the Raptors have built with him.
