Sixers G Zhaire Smith has suffered a bone bruise in his left knee and will not accompany the team to the “bubble” at Walt Disney World. (Serena Winters on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tough break for Smith, who was undoubtedly looking forward to playing in Orlando. He started experiencing pain last week in Philadelphia prior to resuming workouts with the team. He began treatment immediately and is expected to make a full recovery ahead of the 2020-21 season. The former first-round pick in 2018 has only played a grand total of 13 games for Philadelphia since being drafted out of Texas Tech.
