Klay Thompson appears to have suffered a serious Achilles injury

Yahoo is reporting that the fear is that Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson has suffered a serious Achilles injury. An MRI is scheduled for Thursday. (Chris Haynes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After missing the entire 2019-2020 season due to a torn ACL in his left knee, Thompson appears to be headed for another lost season. This would be a huge blow for the Warriors who were expecting to get their starting shooting guard back this season. Reports state that Thompson hurt his right Achilles during a scrimmage Wednesday afternoon, and supposedly could not put any weight on his right leg after the incident. The extent of the damage will be determined in the next few days of test planned ahead including an MRI scheduled for Thursday.
