Alize Johnson erupts for 20-20 double-double in Brooklyn win Thursday
by Ari Koslow | Fri, Apr 30th 1:58am EDT
Alize Johnson scored 20 points (7-12 FG, 0-1 3PT, 6-6 FT) to go along with 21 rebounds, three assists and two blocks in the Nets win Thursday over Indiana.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson did this against the same Indiana Pacers franchise that drafted him back in 2018, posting a double-double by halftime. He saw 32 minutes of playing time off the bench with Blake Griffin only seeing 14 minutes of playing time himself. It is trust to tough Johnson long-term on such a deep Nets roster, but the upside is clearly there when he's presented the opportunity.
