Julius Randle perfect from the charity stripe in win over Spurs

by Brad Camara | Knicks Correspondent | Fri, May 14th 9:07am EDT

Julius Randle compiled 25 points (7-21 FG, 1-5 3PT, 10-10 FT), nine rebounds, nine assists, and one steal across 45 minutes during Thursday’s 102-98 win over the Spurs.

Fantasy Impact:

Randle shot an inefficient 33 percent from the floor but was a perfect 10-for-10 from the charity stripe during Thursday’s win. He was also one rebound and one assist shy from recording his sixth triple-double of the year. Randle is the primary reason the Knicks are heading to the NBA playoffs for the first time since 2013. The 26-year-old is averaging 24.0 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 0.9 steals, and 2.2 triples across 37.4 minutes in 2021. Randle will look to continue his strong play when the Knicks host the Hornets on Saturday.
