According to Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl, Eric Bledsoe (Achilles) has been ruled out again on Wednesday (Casey Holdahl)

Bledsoe will miss yet another game on Wednesday as he continues to deal with an ailing Achilles injury. The veteran has yet to suit up for his new team since the move including now after a week All-Star break. Trendon Watford and CJ Elleby should see more minutes in his absence.
