Malcolm Brogdon scores 26 points off bench Saturday against Lakers

Malcolm Brogdon led the Celtics second unit Saturday night, scoring 26 points (8-15 FG, 3-7 3PT, 7-8 FT) while also grabbing six rebounds, blocking one shot, dishing out four assists, and recording two steals in a 125-121 win over the Lakers.

Brogdon has grabbed at least four rebounds and scored at least 10 points in each of his last five games for the Celtics, averaging 17.8 points and 5.8 rebounds in 34.4 minutes per game over his last five games. The veteran guard has carved out a solid role off the bench in Boston, averaging 14.5 points, 3.7 assists, and 4.3 rebounds per game to go along with a usage rate of 22.3% so far this season.
