Ball has been dealing with various ankle injuries that have left him sidelined for most of the year so far, and he has now suffered a right-ankle fracture that will knock him out for the remainder of the season. It's unclear exactly how severe of a fracture it is, but the early presumption is that he should be good to go before next season. Fantasy managers can expect Terry Rozier and Dennis Smith Jr. to both get a big increase in usage and fantasy value while Ball remains out for the rest of the season.
