McDaniels has been out for a few games thanks to a hip injury of some kind, and he may have to miss another game on Saturday. The team is taking his recovery day-to-day for the time being, and he may still have to miss another game or two before he's ready to make his return. If he remains out on Saturday, Georges Niang and Paul Reed will both get more work in his absence.
