Fantasy Impact:
Tuesday will mark the third-straight game that Oubre has missed because of a shoulder injury. He's being taken day-to-day for the time being, and the team is hopeful he will be back sometime in the near future. JT Thor will likely get a lot of work with Gordon Hayward (shoulder) also being ruled out ahead of game time.
