Barrett is recovering from an illness of some kind that has forced him to miss the last couple of games. He's questionable for Friday and seems to have a decent chance to make his return to New York's lineup. Obi Toppin will continue to get more work for the Knicks if Barrett is unable to play against New Orleans.
