Fantasy Impact:
Allen is heading to Phoenix as part of the blockbuster three-team trade that sent Damian Lillard to Milwaukee. He has been with the Bucks for the past couple of seasons and was a solid role player, averaging over 10 points per game in both seasons. He could end up getting traded again before the season, but if he doesn't, he'll be in line for a solid role off of the bench on a loaded Suns' roster.
