Chris Paul played five minutes of Tuesday’s 124-123 In Season Tournament loss to the Kings, finishing with three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3PT) and two steals.
Paul appeared to tweak something in his lower left leg, forcing him to exit early in the first quarter and ultimately be ruled out for the remainder of the game. The full extent of the injury is still unknown at this time, making his status for Thursday’s contest against the Clippers unknown. If the veteran does have to miss time, Cory Joseph and Brandin Podziemski would be the most likely candidates to receive increased playing time. However, neither player has any fantasy value and should remain off rosters in all formats.
